At Bast Body Jewellery we offer a Quality Guarantee which ensures you get to try out the product for 30 days.  If there are any quality issues you can simply return the item to us and receive a replacement item. 

Please note this guarantee does not cover lost parts, please return all jewellery parts to us. 

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted until the item has been received by us.  We recommend using Registered Post.

We also offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  This means that if you are not completely satisfied with your order when you receive it you can return it and get a refund on the purchase price. 

For body jewellery the package MUST be unopened and returned in the same condition it was sent.  For clothing and accessories, these items must be unused and still with all tags and labels intact.

Please contact us via email prior to returning any items and we will give details. 

Refunds or exchanges will NOT be given until the returned item is actually received by us.  We recommend using Registered Post. 

Postage costs are not refundable and are your responsibility. 

This means that if you get your body jewellery and see straight away that you have ordered the wrong size, you can easily return it for another size.

We know that buying clothing online is hard enough, so we have made things simple.  When you get your item, try it on straight away (don't remove tags or anything) and if it does not fit, simply send it back and get a refund or exchange.
