Postage

Orders are sent out within 24 hrs of finalised payment (business days only).  Excluding out of stock items and special orders. 

RATES

FREE regular post on orders over $30.

Australian Orders (under $30) are currently being sent out at only $2 by regular Australia Post.  You can add Registered Post onto this at a charge of $2.95 (total for Registered Post $4.95).

There are a few items onsite that do incur a small extra fee for postage.  These items are particularly heavy or large and cannot be reasonably covered by our $2 post charge.  Any items that incur this charge will add the charge as soon as it goes into the cart, so there are no surprises at the checkout.

Bast Body Jewellery does not take any responsibility for any items once they leave our store if you choose regular post.  Please consider adding the small charge for the security of Registered Post.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although all care is taken to ensure stock levels are correct, if an ordered item is out of stock you will be notified immediately of its unavailability and advised of its expected delivery.

PACKAGING

Items are sent in secure appropriate packaging.  All body jewellery will be sent out in bubblewrap packaging to avoid possible damage during transit.

SECURITY

For added security Australian orders can be sent out via Registered Post for a small fee.  Bast Body Jewellery is not liable for any items lost in transit.  The security of Registered Post is provided and extra cover is available if required at cost.

Overseas orders are sent via Air Mail.  Security is available but at an extra charge,  Contact us for details.  If no insurance is placed on order, Bast Body Jewellery is not liable for loss or damage in transit.

International Post - This website is currently set up to only post within Australia.  We are happy to post overseas, please contact us to place an overseas order.  All overseas orders are to be paid via Paypal.
